My family and I visited the Grand Cayman Islands last summer and had a wonderful time.  We stayed at the Morritt's but stayed in the Londoner building.  The Grand Resort was next door and heard positive things.  The resort was secluded and on the far end of the island but it was quiet and had a nice beach.

Upon searching, I see a few great weeks for December and January of 2017/18 including Christmas week in a one bedroom. 

If you are interested, definitely grab it as this will not be availabe long.

There are currently some great weeks available for exchange into the Morritt's Grand Resort in Grand Cayman for Summer 2017.

I personally stayed at this property and while secluded, it is very nice.  The Grand Resort is one of their new buildings.  Their older buildings are currently being remodeled but would probably avoid the older buildings as they were significantly dated.

The Grand Cayman was a great vacation and these are some great weeks!

American Airlines is currently offering a flight deal from Seattle to St. Thomas for a total cost of $389 round trip.  This is significantly discounted from regular rates which can easily reach $800-900 per person.  St. Martin is a stunning Caribbean island that has beautiful beaches and an interesting history.  Half of the island is French and half of the island is Dutch. The combination has produced a very interesting culture and brings together two interesting and lovely cultures and traditions.

I recommend using Google Flights to search for availability and then using Priceline to book. 

I currently see tons of availability for exchanging into the Oyster Bay Beach Resort on St. Martin.  I see availability through Interval for September, October, April, May, June, July, August and September.

I also see a lot of availability at Oyster Bay using Interval Getaways.  September and October weeks show availability for as little as $397 per week.  This is a prime example of why it pays to search Getaways and Exchanges before you commit to exchange as Getaways can be an even better economic deal than exchanging your week or points. 

Flight deals can disappear quickly so it is best to book on Priceline since they have a 24 hour fee-free cancellation policy.  Book airfare and then look for the timeshare weeks.  If it doesn't work, just cancel for no fees whatsoever. 

Here is a decent airfare deal from Houston to Montego Bay, Jamaica for a cost of $362 roundtrip.  Availability is showing from September through November and will generally require a stop through Charlotte.  This is a decent deal as flights to the Caribbean can generally be priced around $500-$1000 depending on the season and time.

Jamaica is a very popular destination with tons of timeshare and hotel availability.  I personally am planning a trip to the new Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall, a five star family friendly all inclusive.  While not a timeshare, I am a big fan of Hyatt properties and this new property gets rave reviews.

Check it out and see if the dates, times and cost can work out in your favor!  Use Priceline to book since they have a 24 hour cancellation policy with no fees!
