I love Park City.  It is a great destination for many reasons but definitely for the awesome snow.  

I was looking for weeks for upcoming winter and found some ridiculous screaming deals with Interval International.  

There are 2 bedroom units being offer at Marriott Summit Watch (steps away from Main Street) and 2 bedroom units at Marriott Mountainside (ski in / ski out property).  Granted that these are early season dates but there will be snow!

At these prices, this is an absolute steal!

As you can see, the weeks on Interval International provide a discount of over $3,000 as compared to the retail rates on Marriott.com

If you are interested and have access to Interval International, book quickly!

Interval International just released some great weeks for the Marriott St. Kitts.  As shown below, there are weeks available from May through September 2017.  This can be hurricane season so be careful but I have gone to the Caribbean many times during "hurricane" season and have not had issues.  

In addition, these weeks will quality for the current promotion for getting a Resort Accommodations Certificate.  

I have personally stayed at this resort and it is a fairly nice resort.  It is connected to a full service Marriott property so you have all the comforts of a hotel.  The timeshare units are very large and nicely appointed.  The beach is nice but it is on the Atlantic side of island which makes it a bit choppy.  There is a very nice beach about 10 minutes away.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this resort and exchanging into it with the ongoing promotion of an extra week can be a great deal.  As you can see, this is being offering over Memorial Day and Labor day weekend.

With today being inaugauration day, it is quite timely to post a deal on Washington D.C. exchanges.  Interval International is showing quite a few weeks at the Marriott Vacation Club Pulse D.C for January and February weeks. 

This is one of the newest Marriott Vacation Club locations. If you have not been to D.C., it is a great and vibrant city with plenty of history and things to do.  I imagine that there will be plenty of interesting and unique things to do over President's Day weekend as the nation celebrates its history.

Here are the reviews of this hotel and current availability. 

Rates at this hotel are over $200 per night.  As an example, the week stay from February 18 - 25 would cost you over $2,000.  

Going through Interval International would be a fraction of this cost!  This is just another solid example of how to maximize timeshare ownership.  Washington DC is a great destination so I hope one of my readers can grab this before they disappear. 

President's Day weekend should be full of cool and interesting events.

My family and I visited the Grand Cayman Islands last summer and had a wonderful time.  We stayed at the Morritt's but stayed in the Londoner building.  The Grand Resort was next door and heard positive things.  The resort was secluded and on the far end of the island but it was quiet and had a nice beach.

Upon searching, I see a few great weeks for December and January of 2017/18 including Christmas week in a one bedroom. 

If you are interested, definitely grab it as this will not be availabe long.
