This property is highly sought after so seeing this many exchanges is not typical.  As a comparison, I looked at rates directly with Marriott for this property and a 1 bedroom villa for the week of March 10th would cost over $2500 booking directly, almost twice my maintenance fees for my timeshare and using only 2/3 of the points.
