 Hawaii can be a difficult destination to exchange into since it is a very popular vacation spot. It is my favorite island and definitely worth a trip if you haven't been. The Cliffs Resort in Kauai, Hawaii gets very favorable reviews. Interval International has just released a significant amount of weeks for this resort. The list is actually too long to post here but there is availability from March 2017 through December 2017.
I currently see Memorial Day weekend as well as Labor Day weekend available. Take a look here to see the trick on how you can reserve the December weeks since it is more than a year in advance. There are some fantastic weeks available so grab it now if you can. Make sure to add E-Plus so that you can have greater flexibility in case flights need to change.
