Sheraton Desert Oasis: Scottsdale, Arizona - Widespread Availability including Spring Training!

The Sheraton Desert Oasis is a luxury timeshare in Scottsdale, Arizona.  Interval International is showing tremendous availability through 2016 and 2017.  I am seeing availability for almost every single week in one or two bedroom units.

Scottsdale Arizona is a great destination and is widely popular for all of its spring training games in January, February and March.  I currently see availability for these prime weeks but you will have to act fast as this will not likely last long. 

In order to give you some example of what a fantastic opportunity this is, I reviewed rates at some luxury hotels.  For the week of January 13, I see multiple one or two bedroom units. 

The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa (the hotel portion) is currently offering standard hotel rooms for over $450 per night.  Booking with a hotel results in total cost in excess of $3800!

Most maintenance fees for timeshares are around $1000 to $1500 (can vary widely) and exchanging into this would be a tremendous savings as compared to the hotel.
